Welcome back! Today I’m going to show you a little something I made for freeee! :) I was actually going to wait a bit longer before I busted out the fall decor posts, but then I decided it. was. time.
So, I was browsing around Pottery Barn’s website for a little fall inspiration and I came across these double-tiered glass hurricanes:
So pretty, huh?
Then I browsed a little more and found their Aegean hurricanes:
Darling! And so familiar… I already have some very similar vases to these, it’s just that mine weren’t stacked like this. And so, the first of my fall decor projects of the year was born! I made (if you can really call stacking some vases on top of each other “making” something) this:
…and this!:
Yay! Easy peasy and pretty darn similar to Pottery Barn’s:
Close enough, right? :) For free, I’ll take it! By the way, in those pictures is your little sneak peak of my newly-decorated-for-fall entry table…
Do you have some vases lying around that you could stack like I did? If not, you can check some yard sales, Goodwill or whatever thrift store and I’m pretty sure you’ll find something you can use for a fraction of what PB sells them for. [Sorry, PB. Love ya mucho.] You might want to glue them together with some Gorilla glue to make them more secure. Otherwise, be sure you put them somewhere sturdy where they’ll be safe and sound. K? :)
Also!… You may have noticed my new little button in the sidebar that says “I am a Master Designer.” It simply means that I am now part of an awesome blog roll that you should definitely check out. The women in it are godly, inspiring people and I feel so honored to get to be a part of it.
Have a wonderful weekend and I’ll see you next week! :)
I’m linking this post to Debbie Doo’s Link Party!
